When I’m not butchering legendary lines from iconic films like Casablanca, I assume my role as the Founding Partner of Bellatoris Consulting, LLC.

What’s the connection?

Well, think about Humphrey Bogart’s character, Rick Blane, in Casablanca.  He didn’t try to conform to his surroundings and neither do I.  If I tried to be like every other tax blogger, I’d probably put you to sleep.

Don’t get me wrong, there’s plenty of value in the technical tax discussions available on various blogs.  When I provide services for my clients, that’s how I get the job done.  However, I want this blog to be a breath of fresh air for the tax industry.

I’ll avoid the heavy tax jargon and boil concepts down to a more digestible form. It’s my hope that you’ll read this blog and get excited about exploring some of these opportunities at your company.
